SPARKPLUG CMS LICENSE AGREEMENT
PER USER LICENSE
When you purchase SparkPlug CMS, 13amp.net grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ONE copy of SparkPlug CMS in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EULA that comes with the product.
The SparkPlug CMS authorizes you to install and use a single copy of SparkPlug CMS on a single server on a single domain or IP address. You MAY serve multiple Web sites or micro sites from SparkPlug on their own individual domain names or IP addresses.
If you install additional copies, even if such additional copies are located on the same web site and/or the same server, or serve sites under different domains, such usage is prohibited unless additional licenses are purchased.
The SparkPlug admin interface MAY be rebranded by modifying the HTML ONLY. E.g changing the interface colours, images, logos and title text. Copyright information etc. may not be removed. You may modify the application code (in the _admin folder) to suit your Web site requirements
Purchasing the SparkPlug CMS software grants you a SINGLE USER LICENSE only. Additional users/administrators require you to purchase additional USER LICENSES.
NOTE: No part of the SparkPlug CMS admin interface may be resold.
